Fix the app because it’s always had problems
Every time I try logging in with my passcode I end up being asked for my login to the portal. Input that info, click on the square, hit login, and it forever syncs. I close the app and reopen till I eventually get the keypad for my password. This needs to be fixed!!! Also, I have it set to notify me when work duration has ended and it rarely works. I have to set an alarm on my phone to remind me to logout. Please fix these problems. The app has never worked seamlessly like it should

Awful
Every time I try to get my work signed off on, I’ve had to close the app and open it back up LOG IN(like full password/username) again before it’ll let us do it sometimes I’ve had to do this MULTIPLE TIMES to get it work… I’m beyond annoyed at how awful this app is, not to mention how awful the company has became, it’s got even worse since they did the last update, this company is absolutely terrible and when we get another company in this area I’m switching immediately… gt was fine before they started MAKING us use this app to send our time in and I am beyond done with it. I’ve been with this company since 2019 and it’s just gotten worse every year. On another note, another day, I been trying to log in for 30 minutes and can’t get past logging in and syncing…… I’m so done with this…

Absolute bs
Ridiculous that they call themselves a payroll company. Horrible app and they never fully fix the issues. Can’t get my hours half the time. This is unacceptable when so many of us get paid using this app. Zero stars.

Since the last update it’s been nothing but problems, it won’t approve my time unless I log out then log back in but even then I can’t do my bio scan like before I have put in user name and password and wait for it to sync then it will approve my time. One time it took me so log to do this I discarded my time for that day, so I lost one day of pay because of this app. I call help desk they tell me to uninstall and reinstall but still does the same thing. I got an email to change my password, so I did and that didn’t work. A week later got another email saying change password so I called help desk and the said I must have hit that button that I forgot password, I told him I didn’t see how on a bioscan! This app is terrible! Please fix it…

Easy to use
Easy to use, works 99% of the time and when it doesn’t I just call customer service and they solve the problem!
