This app is very frustrating to use, and I updated it today and it’s even worse.
It’s already a nightmare to log in as it takes multiple tries to unlock, then freezes. Checking in and out takes a few tries because if I try to scan the QR code too soon it freezes and I have to restart the whole app again.
I used to be able to select text when making notes and paste text from my Notes app onto the notes but that’s no longer a thing.
You can’t upload photos, it has to be taken on the spot, which can be complicated when needing to take photos quickly and the app is glitching out just trying to start up. And if you take a photo and the app glitches again, you lose your photo.
I have lost important photos before which were necessary for GP appointments
Rota changes have made my app glitch out too.. it’s like the slightest bit of function makes the app crash.
All these bugs and features need to be optimised for the sake of the carers using it. Great concept, execution needs some improvement.

App
This app is not showing previous work record which i have done. If i have completed 4 visit in day then i see only one. Also you need improve mileage option.
Updates
So I don’t like when my office updates my rota as before the app used to say what had been added as I would get a star with an exclamation within it, now I don’t. Also not being able to see a full months agenda so to let my clients know who will be in on what days, the app I find very slow in the update of my notes etc reaching the office but that I don’t think it the apps fault more on where I am in the Peak District.

Hours must reflect for the cares
It needs to show the amount of of hours the carer has done in a week a month or what is allocated to them that’s where they are failing big time..

Spoken to Careline numerous times, uploaded videos of the time it takes for pages to load, carers constantly being logged out, notes don’t update, rotas don’t refresh so carers miss visits. Nothing changes no matter how often when we call or email… fobbed off with “it’s being looked into”

can you make it a no marker again? updated and it left?
Total hours
Need to put some extra feature like we have to calculate hours one by on so please put like it will show automatic total week hours and show automatic days hours as well so refer birdie app and do practically there is no testing before put on market need to do by seriousness even when ever they assign rota for next day it should be show automatic but no it couldn't refreshed and we have to logout and again have to login then will show it.

Will you please fix some bugs like if i wanted to see my rota for tomorrow it shows nothing befor new update it was show everything yes i know i can see by calander selection but there is also an error it shows only one call insted of all call or client name right now it override everything please fix it asap old version was better then this one honestly

The updated app keeps freezing. It’s not helping at all
Gets worse after every update. Please just fix app.
I honestly didn’t think the app could get worse than it was but it’s completely unusable now.
