Doesn’t support passkey login
We use passkeys for logging via Microsoft SSO this app requires a password and doesn’t support passkey based auth so it is useless to us. Furthermore the I app message chat doesn’t work. It tries to load some fancy display effect that doesn’t complete but blocks you from being able to respond to prompts. Useless.

Needs work
The app used to be good, but now does not show my last 2 pay statements. On mobile browser the site does not allow full statement to be viewed easily.
Buggy
We frequently experience 404 (complete failure) errors on that then get told after investigation that this is a known bug the developers are working on. This has been going on for over a month now. For a company this size and reach, it is not acceptable to general release software this flaky
Mobile App sucks
I can edit shifts on the desktop but not the mobile app. How pointless

Rubbish
You have to sign in to sign in,nothing is clearly marked,where do you look at your wage slip ? This is like an app that a 10 year old designed for a school project. Rubbish !
