Stop cropping when I upload
An annoying issue when you upload photos of invoices is that the app will now automatically decide what part of your entire invoice is ‘the invoice’. It basically crops out most of your document and focuses on a small area instead
If you don’t notice this before you submit, it gets rejected because it’s just a random section. If I upload a document I want the entire document please. I shouldn’t have to spend time ensuring it’s showing in full. Please fix

Doesn’t work with Sage 50 US
If you use Sage 50 US with multiple users, it doesn’t work when shared and you cannot pay a scanned receipt with a credit card. It only allows cash accounts. Ridiculous since this is owned by Sage.
Those problems are not the app, but what’s the point of the app if the rest is useless. Do not know if other versions of Sage work with this or not but if that’s what you are issuing don’t waste your time or money.
I spent at least 20 hours with tech support proving the obvious and they didn’t indicate a desire to fix it.

Basic and unreliable
Just tried using the app and it just doesn’t do what it you expect. Not asking much but being able to amend details before submission would be helpful!!

This app is the worst
I get billed 20 bucks a month and it first page stays on my recipes from 2021. No menus
The camera part is buggy and takes pictures by it self. The customer service is just bots with a 2019 tech asking you dumb questions. I’m begging my accountant to change companies … look at the rating yet the app hasn’t improved … this is a terrible app from a terrible company run by folks who do not care about customer service just bill you to death. Please for the love of god if your an accountant get a better app if your a user plead with your account to change companies….. total garbage

Doesn’t Load Company
Great idea, but what is the use, of an app, if it not working properly. Can’t log in the company. Just get error. Something went wrong.
