Mobile App sucks

I can edit shifts on the desktop but not the mobile app. How pointless

Rubbish

You have to sign in to sign in,nothing is clearly marked,where do you look at your wage slip ? This is like an app that a 10 year old designed for a school project. Rubbish !

I can only log in on my web browser and not on the app. I can’t download or view my payslip on the web browser. This app is ridiculous and requires urgent improved !

Worst app

My company has made us use this app and it has been nothing but a issue, anytime I need to access the app it sends me in a log in loop, first log in, 2fa, then “please log in through app” I click that, sends me to download the app that I already have, click open and back to the beginning, same for desktop site.

I cannot access my paystubs when I need them for sick leave purposes.

iPhone issue

I have two accounts but the app will not properly switch between the two on the iPhone. Using the app on an iPad will allow me to change accounts.

It still doesn’t work even after an update!

Hi Gennazz, on the Home tab, on top you have a dropdown menu where the company name appears. From here you can switch accounts or login into new ones.

Rubbish app

I can’t download payslip or even view it in a normal payslip format.
I go on safari to view normal payslip format but I still can’t download. I don’t know how this is acceptable. The worst app to be quite honest. Can’t even provide basic service.
There is a review from 2 years ago that describes my exact issue which shows that this app has been useless for some years and has no intentions to be better

Overwrite files on iPhone

Not really a review but more of a query…the app has started to overwrite files that I hold on my iPhone. When I try to open a file it has started to take me to the Sage app. Any support gratefully received.

Not good

Once again cannot log in to view payslips. Always have to delete the app and start again.
Reinstalling the app is an absolute ball ache. I have told my employer and it is nothing to do with them.
Will not bother in future. Total waste of time.
