Not user friendly

App is incredibly difficult to navigate. I would like to be able to find a councelor and make an appointment, but 1st text codes don’t automatically fill in when filling in 2 step authentication (I had to go into my deleted messages to recover it) and 2nd the filters don’t work well and the data reloads randomly and when I tap to look at the specialties of one provider suddenly the data disappears and there are no results… this makes me frustrated, give up, and not seek to get the help I need
