No way to edit
This app seemed promising at first but once I got into creating appointments for my mom .. I made a mistake using wrong date to report her condition- and there’s NO WAY TO DELETE or edit YOUR ENTRIES!! This is not ok bc I’m basically putting out wrong heath info to my circle. Not a good way to manage if the app will not allow editing entries. How could you put out a care app for people to use that isn’t finished? Don’t waste your time creating all the data and then having to dump this app.

Able To:

- add as many people as you want
- you and the people in your circle are able to add an event
- send messages to the people in your circle
- add photos
- make posts so everyone in your circle can see
- add your loved ones conditions , BUT it is a LIMITED selection that they have and you can NOT as the condition yourself

Great App - Invites Are Buggy
Awesome app - you're able to share updates with photos, invite specific friends and share a calendar for upcoming appointments.
Only down side is the invite process is buggy. About half the people I invited didn't get a text or email invite or had an error with the code they receive (even though the app has their names and contact info listed in the invite section). Hope they create an access code for each account to be able to share without the app needing to send a text/email or resolve this issue soon!

What happened to the calendar?
We’ve been using this app for a few years know, for both our parents. It’s okay, glitchy at times and you have to refresh page to see new posts. But this week I noticed the calendar is GONE. That was the main reason for using this app - to see at a glance who’s with our loved one on which days, and plan accordingly. With the calendar gone now we have to scroll through all the posts to see who’s going when. Hope this is just another glitch and calendar will be back soon, otherwise it’s time to find another app.

App update asap !
This app needs an update you can’t even adjust days and times when adding to someone’s care schedule and it glitches and just closes itself out multiple times during use please fix this app it’s stressful enough to be doing care for someone without something that is supposed to simplify making it more complicated and less convenient

Great idea; needs more functionality!
It’s useful for family communication, but has limitations you don’t expect in 2021. Suggestions for the app developers:
- add URL hyperlinking for posts & comments;
- add place to save a few key documents, such as medical POA and DNR Order.
- images with text load in at very low quality which means text is mostly illegible.

Put this app on my iPhone but small print on attachments can not be enlarged so I can read them.
So, I added app to my iPad but was unable to log in to account or create new one.

Good app
My family just started using this app to schedule care for elderly parents and so far so good. The text is small when viewing on a phone and I would like the option to view larger text.

Like the app
My brother & sister and I started using this app a while ago as we have been navigating care for our mother for many, many years. I entered her medications into the medication section a while ago and she’s had some changes recently. I can’t find anywhere in the app where the entries can be edited or deleted. That’s the only negative I see so far. Otherwise—very helpful.

In the interim, if you send us a note to support@care.ly, we'll be happy to manually make any changes you need to your mom's medications. Not convenient
The appointments don’t show unless I back out and re login . Not convenient
some limitations
I’m having some trouble with the calendar function. My family is caring for an aging parent from varying distances. It is difficult to add a multi-day visit to the calendar, and I haven’t been able to edit the calendar to fix mistakes. It would be great if this could sync with a google calendar, and if we could more easily include provider appts, medications, errands, etc.

Amazing way to keep in contact
I love how easy it is to find and add new family members into your app. I have two grandmothers in different nursing homes, and this app is great for keeping up-to-date with them both!

Why the need for my birthday?
Birthdays are personal information sought after by scammers. Seems they will be targeting the location you store the birthdays to grab the files. Why do you require it just for me to use the CareMonster app? I'll find another way to stay in touch.

I have an uncle in a nursing home and a very big family. This app helps us keep track of who is going to visit him and when. Now, despite our busy schedules, we can make sure our uncle is getting the treatment and care he deserves.
