Maintenance or Update?
So… just logged in and try to do my pca hours when a message popped up saying that “This data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” Is the app getting an update? It is not my fault but the app itself.
Worst app by far
It always times out and suggests you’re at the wrong location. It will always crash and messes up payroll for the week. It is inaccurate and companies shouldn’t use this
Delete option and PCA hours
What happened with the delete option? I accidentally made a mistake on one of my hours so I tried to delete it but it's disabled? I don't know if you guys are fixing this yet or this is just permanent for now. Please do fix this option ASAP, this might mess up with the hours that are actually needed when signing that are counted. With hours, there is someone else who had clocked in my PCA hours. I was so confused because I know that isn't my hour that was needed to put in. Please do fix these mistakes as SOON as possible, the one who are checking the signing might confuse the one with the other. Whoever is operating this app immediately need fixes. EVEN SOME SERVICES ARE BEING EMPTY!!! I keep refreshing but the dates won't appear. I blame whoever operates this app. It's literally the worst. Now I can't clock some of my shifts in.

Glitch in app
Cant add shifts I forgot to clock in for manual when I go to the manual section to add my client name just keeps searching

This an okay app for use but I hate when it removed certain activities that Is needed for check in. Why not just do the activities that is needed and aren't don't need to show.

this app is broken and I have to use it for work I can't punch in it's not working half the time my time cards go missing it won't log me in such a bad app.

Forever clocked in
The app says I’m still clocked in for PCA services with other clients even after I filled everything out and hit the clock out button it just keeps the last entry open please fix this
Worst app ever to exist
This is the worst app ever. Nothing but log in log out problems. Never loads, always have to email agency for time fixes. Go back to paper time cards.
Glitch in app
Can’t sign in while in app to start shift uninstalled app then reinstalled app now can’t sign in to get to home page at all

Rates are reasonable and affordable, services offered meet exactly what I need. The staff that work for this company are more then willing to take the time to ensure that my needs as an agency are met. Online timesheets have been a blessing... Now Billing, couldn’t ask for a better service. Way to go everyone... You all have created a user friendly application, and have been the expectations of customer services.
