All my info and services and avatar are gone, only things that show up in services is my registration renewals. What happened?

Automatic Oil Change
Every service automatically records an oil change. Why?

This app give a lot of information on your vehicle.
Doesn’t open
Never had a problem with this app for years. Lately, I’ve been trying to open this app to update the data that’s not uploading automatically, as I’ve usually done before, and it constantly crashes. I tap the app, the fox image appears and after about 10 seconds, the app just closes on me. It’s been 3-4 months since this have been happening. I uninstalled and reinstalled it on my phone, same thing happens. It’s unusable. Unless this app isn’t working on iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 26.6, then I don’t know what the reason can be. I used it for years and loved how I could keep track of all the things I’ve done on my car.

I have use this app for years. It helps me manage all of the services required and alerts me when it is time for the service.
The most recent update sucks!!!
Quit messing with a good thing! You really screwed this up with the July 2026 update. I’m trying to find a different maintenance manager now. Stupid!!!

Great App to track car care
Highly recommend, especially if you take care of your car’s basic needs yourself at home.
It’s ok
If a mechanic or third party makes a mistake on inputting your data, such as mileage, it’s impossible to override it, and the car fax customer service is non-existent to assist. And the app continuously doesn’t display the entire UI to make manual inputs in the “glovebox” section.
Better than Nothing, But Not Very Functional
This app does track your service history, but in an extremely primitive and clunky way.
For example, you can’t pull up a record of your oil changes, a record of the last time you changed transmission fluid, etc.
You have to scroll down through every single service visit you’ve had a read the list of things done.
Also, it tells you what is needed, but only if you use the regular maintenance schedule. If you use the severe schedule, you’re SOL.
Pretty embarrassing to have such limited functionality in 2026.

doesn’t store info long term- beware!
I thought this was a great app and I’ve been using it for a while. However, I got logged out of the app and when I logged back in, all of my manual input maintenance logs were gone. It seems they don’t keep your manually logged info in their database. So now I’ve lost almost all of my maintenance information and have to try to dig back through records from two or three different shops to figure out what I’ve had done. Looking for an alternative.

Lost receipts
Had a habit of uploading all receipts to app checked today and they all gone

Constant issues with server cannot be reached. Unable to add car for tracking due to this issue. Makes app essentially useless.
The text is all garbled
When adding a DIY service you select from other services and all the text is garbled you can’t read it. The developers need to fix this. It’s just being lazy.
A weak app gets weaker
The change in my garage behavior is rough. Bringing focus on shopping for a car is to benefit Carfax, not me.
Really useful
I have come to really rely on this application to help me track the maintenance on my vehicles. I initially used it and a notebook but have since quit using the notebook so I hope this thing never goes down.
