Constant issues with server cannot be reached. Unable to add car for tracking due to this issue. Makes app essentially useless.
The text is all garbled
When adding a DIY service you select from other services and all the text is garbled you can’t read it. The developers need to fix this. It’s just being lazy.
A weak app gets weaker
The change in my garage behavior is rough. Bringing focus on shopping for a car is to benefit Carfax, not me.
Really useful
I have come to really rely on this application to help me track the maintenance on my vehicles. I initially used it and a notebook but have since quit using the notebook so I hope this thing never goes down.
Such a disappointment- deleted all my history
For 6 months I used this to track my fuel and service history. I changed tires at costco so had stored information about that also with images there. Fuel records with mileage all lost when the app suddenly asks me to login and add the vin number again.
Crashes often, garage erased
For years, half the time I open this App it crashes, or forgets what vehicles I own. Just now it erased my entire garage and vehicle service history.

Great App
App is helpful in maintaining my vehicle and keeps a historical record which is helping selling or buying a car.
Steaming pile of dung
I used to love this app. For years it helped me keep track of all my vehicle information in one place. Over the years they have removed useful features. No more mileage information. The VIN, that I entered in the app, is now censored. The latest is the requirement to login every week just to use it. Unfortunately you can’t just use a username and password. You have to get a one time code sent to your email. It is good for 5 minutes but can take 10-30 minutes to arrive. This is just getting worse.

Greatly disappointed! Loved the app, used for two years plus. Added a fill up two days ago. Yesterday opened the app and it asked for l my vin and then opened with no records!!!
Always "a network error has occurred"
Used to be great. Fairly useless these days. Constant "network error has occurred" somehow blaming my "network". Lol.

This app has really helped me organize and keep better track of all the maintenance on my three vehicles. I love how you can enter in DIY services as I have begun doing more and more my own maintenance to save money yet this will help me keep record of all that I’ve done on my vehicles.
Easy to use
It's the best auto log that is free. It's helpful that it keeps a great record of service done.
Totally Unusable After Latest Update
Can't even open the app without the spinning wheel delay resulting in Error - can't contact server. After that finally goes away attempting to add a fill-up resulted in the same error. Several other attempts all resulted in the same error. 6 hours later the app finally allowed me to open it without an error and lo and behold there were multiple entries for the same fill-up.
This app would be SO much better if it just worked locally and then occasionally (at the user discretion) did a sync to the Cloud.

Keep glitching
Cant always update and upload my info
App does not work
App will not load AT ALL. Logged in and tried loading my garage and it keeps coming back with an error message “cannot contact server”. It worked fine on the website several weeks ago.
Keeps freezing
I’ve used this a few times, but ever since the recent update, it hasn’t worked. I go to add service and it’s the circle of death. Will have to find a new app.
New update broke everything
Takes forever to load after update and there’s a server error and my garage has no cars in it anymore. Been using it for multiple years and now it’s useless.
App not loading now after recent update
Ever since the most recent update, the app has been completely unusable. It won’t load at all, crashes, or says error connecting to server. I can’t use any of the features anymore, and it was working perfectly before the update.
Please don’t just respond by telling everyone to contact support. There are clearly bugs introduced by this update that need to be fixed. Please fix the app instead of giving the same generic response to every review.
