Unreliable
50% of the time it can not find any Biz/Lux cars, and if it finds a car it will send a beat up destroyed Toyota Camry for 3x higher price than Yandex Go.
worst app ever
this taxi app has cancelation fee, which is 5euro,which they will cherge even when is their fault, dont use cargo, use yandex instead,is even cheaper
Cash Paid – Refund Refused
Cash paid, change not returned. Refund refused and an unusable promo code offered instead. This is not customer support.
Glitchy, meager functionality, outdated UI
No way to change a phone number. No way to use the same card on multiple accounts (within a family, for example). No Apple Pay. The search engine and the map are lame, look cringe and leaving much to be desired
Katastrofalna usluga
Pokazano vreme dolaska 3 minuta. Nakon 5 minuta se pojavljuje vreme dolaska 10 minuta. Nakon toga sledećih 5 minuta se ne pomera. Nakon poziva saznajem da je u kvaru. Sramota!!! Zakasnio sam na bitan sastanak. Nikad više!
Maybe a Scam
Ordered a cab from Belgrade airport, driver accepted then parked 500m away, when I walked to him, he drove to the airport and parked there, where I initially was. There was no traffic. The app tried to charge me nearly
€5.00 for cancelling. App promptly deleted.

Cant use
If you have a non Serbian App Store it won’t let you sign up, says location must be Serbia. Instead of checking device location, seems to check store location 😅
Terrible service
Veryyy dirty car and wery unpleasant driver
Owners belong to authoritarian regime
During recent protests in Serbia, owners of CarGo, having close ties with regime in Serbia, forced their drivers to transfer regime supporters to pollitical rally organized to support Vučić.

Razocarenje
Uzas!
Owners support Serbian dictator
The owner and the company of this application support Aleksandar Vučić, Serbian strongman that has been driving Serbia as a country into ground for the last 12 years with his henchmen. The level of corruption they have reached, and the level of theft they have done themselves or allowed others to do is unprecedented. Application has been removed from my phone and I will never use them or their service again.

Please Add Apple/Google pay its 2024
The app is fine although it needs some tweaks would be better with the use of Apple Pay as it’s much quicker and you can choose which card u want to pay with from Apple Pay instead of having to put all ur details down everytime when u want to change ur card. Get with the times guys.
Other than that great app for Serbia since Yandex go no longer works but even they had Apple Pay.
It’s safe and secure it’s a must in the digital age also add an option to pay with cash too but pay a fee of like $0.50 equivalent for choosing cash fee.

Can’t even setup my profile due to bugs
Server errors, verification texts that never arrive, etc. Totally useless.
Glitchy af
So bad, always pins me at the wrong address
American can number
Seen other reviews where you need to be in Serbia in order to get the verification code. I’m in Belgrade but the verification text never arrived hope this is fixed soon so that I don’t have to get a SIM card with a different number every time I come to Serbia. **update** reached out to the apps contact for my US number and they verified it quickly. Would recommend reaching out to them if you have trouble verifying a foreign number.

That’s all you get when you try and join. No explanation as to what that is or how you try and fix it.

Absolute crap
