Red Taxi is cheaper

it works, people pick you up fast, but its very very expensive. we went to montenegro in september, it was MINIMUM 50% more than just texting Red Taxi on whatsapp

Only Cash/Unreliable Pre-booking

Needs payments and penalize cancellation of prebooked taxi. Had to pay 10 eur more to book taxi last min because prebooked taxi was cancelled by driver.

Worst taxi app in Montenegro

The prices of rides are very high (higher than others in Montenegro). Also the abuse of ai images and ai videos in their ads, even in these app images on the store is crazy. There is not a single ad i have seen from this publisher that is not just ai generated. Nothing real is shown, and even the ads are the low quality, like they didnt even bother to pay for more expensive model, just generated whatever was the cheapest and free. This might as well be ai imaginary taxi as of how much they use it and do not show anything real. Also i just saw on other comments that they fight with other people leaving their bad experiences they had, saying like well you wouldnt need us if you could find the better opetion. I can not believe these people. Everyone is giving you 1 star because they removed your app, yes we do not need your services 😂

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. However, this review does not appear to describe a specific or verifiable experience with a MonteGO ride and instead focuses largely on our advertising and responses to other reviews. If you have actually used our service and experienced an issue regarding pricing, a driver, or a specific trip, please send the relevant trip details to support@montego.app. We will review the records and take appropriate action where necessary. We welcome genuine criticism based on real experiences, but we also believe reviews should accurately reflect an actual use of the service.

Taxi Service Review

A very reliable taxi service in Montenegro with super helpful and kind drivers, especially helpful if you are new to Kotor. The rides arrive quickly too.
