App and service mediocre
Both the app and service are mediocre. Ordering online makes no sense as the prices are extremely inflated at some restaurants and businesses when compared to purchasing direct from the vendor. Added to that are the ridiculous and inconsistent delivery rates and they STILL tack on a service fee. Ridiculous. Add to this the insane no refund policy, whether they get ot wrong or the provider, you can't get your money back... You have no choose but to accept credit for something you may well never use again. In app, the experience is no better. Sometimes you can't add items or have to scroll forever to find what you want. If you're ordering in St. Kitts 869toGo is better. If in Nevis and you have no choice, then order and pick up. This is their most backward delivery service ever.

By far the most unprofessional service I have experienced made worse by lackadaisical staff. I have used this delivery service at least 3 times and on all occasions have had payment taken before confirmation of my order being available, and on all 3 occasions have subsequently received a phone call letting me know what was listed on the app is unavailable. And then being told they don’t issue refunds??? A sham. If you are in St Kitts, preserve your peace and use 869 to go.

I love this app!
It’s so nice to get food delivered from town to my house! The app doesn’t generally update the menus, so you generally get a call saying you can’t get an item you ordered, but it’s DELIVERY!
BEST APP AND SERVICE!
The best app I have used to order food on. Delivery time is efficient and the service is amazing. The app runs smooth and I’m able to navigate it very easily and have no complaints whatsoever!! Highly recommend for people to use who are eager to order food and drinks.
