Don’t waste your money!
Overcharging takes 3+ hours for deliveries to come it used to be decent before don’t know who’s running it now! Doesn’t matter what you order whatever you get you have to accept! No customer service no correction the customer is always under the losing end. I will no longer use this app delete!
Overall review on the services I received
I don’t recommend them. Slow deliveries, limited restaurants choices, bad customer service, Try Kari bites instead yall.

2. Customers who reside in rural areas are often given excuses for why they cannot reach out there
3. Orders are not always delivered as ordered and paid for.
4. Drivers may not be available for those living in rural areas, which should be communicated on the website. As a delivery app, there should be no excuses when customers pay the prices you ask for.
I wasn’t going to write a review because i do use them a lot, but for the past three times I’ve used the app everything i stated above has happened. App wise it is easy to use

Slow Deliveries and Unorganized System
This is an app you use when you’re desperate and have no other options. Be prepared to wait up to 3 hours for your food, even if the restaurant is a 5 minute drive away. If you do end up getting your food in a timely manner that has probably been sitting at the restaurant getting cold for hours, it’ll either be missing things, or Vonzuu will call you beforehand and tell you that the restaurant is out of all of the things you ordered. There’s no organization on either end and it’s a horrible system of Vonzuu being the middle man between restaurants and you. I highly recommend you DON’T USE this app, and just go pickup your food yourself. Save yourself hours and your money.
