Services not offered as advertised
I chose to provision my boat with them because they state they will deliver to remote anchorages right to the deck of your boat. We were having engine troubles, so I thought, perfect! (Wrong). After spending an hour placing my order, the employee asked for my coordinates and where my boat was. I’m in Marigot bay just outside the marina. Then she stated they don’t offer delivery service to boats at anchor. Mmm. Not what your app says. I was billed immediately and employee states it could take 7 days to get my money back. Nothing about this feels good. If they’re not going to offer straight to your boat delivery, then remove it from your website and app before you mislead anyone else.

Game changer - Affordable grocery delivery!
We tried paradise foods while we were sailing in Guadeloupe and we were impressed! They produce was mostly cheaper than the super markets and they even have some things we couldn’t find in the supermarket at all like bell peppers etc so. The $5 delivery fee is also so worth it for the trouble it otherwise takes to get groceries on a boat! Especially for those bulky and heavy items. Also loved the simplicity of the colourful app and the explanations of the products. We loved it and would absolutely use it again when we’re located on the islands they offer it on. Can’t wait to see it expand more! Keep up the good work

L’application fonctionne très bien. La commande est livrée à temps à l’endroit choisi avec un personnel courtois et souriant. À notre arrivée au Marin, les livreurs nous attendaient sur le ponton devant notre bateau. Très belle expérience auprès de paradise foods. Je recommande sans hésitation.
