The app is not straightforward and sometimes charges over and above which should be rectified. Moreover the staff doesn’t bother to check the order vs the amount will charge you what is quoted on the machine. Finally despite me mentioning less sweet extra hot i always get it sweet and warm which is very annoying to know the staff doesnt follow instructions especially at health care city. Very disappointed

Not happy with this app
I used to be a platinum member with a standard discount on the old COFE app for Caribou. Now suddenly I don’t have this with the new app. Tried sending a complain twice through the new app’s “contact us” option and never got a response. They dont have even have an option for calling them on the app .

Won’t recognize cell number
Like others have stated it won’t allow me to login to the app because it says the phone number needs to be 11 digits long. But I put in the USA country code and it still won’t work. Very frustrating as I’d like to use the app 😠.
