Perfect for CS mums, one can use any baby carrier
I like the content of this app, it is great for CS mums. I was searching long time a program which would support recovery but also had content for the future, and Carifit is the answer! I love the talks and the exercises. Baby carrier is the best (I tried them all on baby show in London and Carifit is truly the winner), together with the app it’s a great recovery tool.
