Terrible app
Connected to wrong bed (wife’s) despite MY bed beeping during pairing. App does not allow you to change or delete connection to change pairing. Crashes repeatedly. Should be zero stars.

The app works just fine for me . I was having issues at first but it was not the app it was a user error. You just have to make sure you’re following the steps correctly. Only issue I have is only being able to connect one of my beds to my phone instead having both connected.
App doesn’t work
Have had our beds for 18 months. Love them, but the advertised app still has no way to register & connect. Fortunately the physical remotes do work. No one knows if/when this feature will be fixed.
App not connecting to base
Sent an email to customer support, hopefully they assist, just got the mattress and base.
CRAP
Cariloha should be ashamed for even marketing this base as Bluetooth and/or AI assisted. NO FUNCTIONALITY whatsoever…it’s just wasting your time. Save yourself the time and headache…just use the provided remote.
Completely non-functional
I have the wifi base, it says to hold two buttons until it beeps, it never beeps. The company is completely uninterested in providing support and won’t return my calls or emails.
Still waiting
I was told two months ago they were updating this App so we can connect to our bed. They need to hire someone else it’s pretty obvious they are clueless or it’s due to COVID, hasn’t that always been the excuse for failure since 2020.
Does not work
I have the same problem. It doesn’t connect to wifi. I’ve emailed Carlihola several times and am either ignored or simply told to download the app. I don’t think they are maintains this at all.
Does not work
I have tried for weeks to get this app to connect to my home WiFi so that I can enable Alexa voice skills but it continues to fail. An electronics engineer and a bed repair technician have looked at the bed frame, which is distributed by South Bay International, to no avail. The Keeson WiFi dongle beneath the bed has been replaced and the multifunction control box reset with no result. To rule out my home WiFi router as the problem my internet provider reset it. I’ve also tried connecting via a mobile phone hotspot. Both iOS and Android phones have failed. Conclusion: this app does not work. It seems to be a rebranded version of the Ronin adjustable bed app, which also does not work. This app has not been updated in a year. It is useless as it is. I am considering returning my Cariloha bed since it does not work as advertised.
