Form filling

Mostly a place of lots of form filling. No sign of interactive design. Not convinced caters were involved here.

Might be useful for a small care home but mostly an app to collate information. Doesn't really have the patient in mind here. Carer use only with repetitive screens which aren't shareable or intuitive.
