Car often turns on/back on by itself
The range of connection for me is AMAZING! Even inside a bathroom in a mostly metal/tin/aluminum building far away with little signal. But no matter how many "fixes" my car still turns on randomly, often just seconds after I've turned it off. Does this multiple times per week. Customers in stores, coworkers at work, etc, all go to report a car running idle with no driver. Thankfully it turns itself off in 25 mins but it needs a permanent fix. Then I'd give it 4-4.5 stars.

Okay but limited
I used to have the Carlink ASCL6 and the iPhone and Apple Watch app (CL7) and overall those apps are a bit better. First, this app has no security to access. No passcode, no biometric login, unlike CL7. No GPS tracking. No Apple Watch app (which want great anyway).
But on the other hand, it works as it should with remote start and door locking/unlocking. Works faster with less battery drain than Carlink ASCL6 because it uses the antenna and not cellular signals. I also like the car starting sound effect, which is only on this app. Unfortunately, the battery voltage that shows seems to be inaccurate as it always shows "12.5V" it seems, so can't really rely on it.
Overall, could use some improvement by decent overall with great functionality.
