Terrible experience since the app won’t open at all. No way to make subscription plan changes so that’s convenient for their business.

Do not waste your time trying to download the app, you’ll never be able to sign in. You’ll wish you had listened to me. Then say this person was right.
Carnation- as a user, please fix the auth page for the app. When trying to log in, I must scan my bar code. On iOS 18.6.x, iPhone 15 pro max, the bar code reader will not scan the bar code. When also trying to enter my number manually, the stupid app crashes. We will know this is done when users can log in.
When this is done, fix your website. It’s just as bad.

Doesn't open
Tried to update my credit card but it just closes after logging in. In just going to go wash my car and cancel while I'm there. Lots of carwashes to choose from and most are not as busy.
