Customers can also view request history, schedules, and track active service requests. During request creation, users can choose their preferred payment method and can switch between Cash or Stripe payment options anytime before confirmation. Provider Features Service providers can access all available customer requests, review request details, and send custom price offers/bids. Once a customer accepts an offer, the provider can begin the job and mark the request as completed after finishing the work.
