DID UPDATE / CLEARED CACHE/RESTARTED - STILL SAYS TECHNICAL ISSUES - FIX THE DAMN APP!!
Clearly there is no one reading these posts or reviews to help provide any support whatsoever to anybody!!
Not only that when people are sending us messages using the Spaces by WIX chat window, we are seeing their messages but they are not receiving ours!
This makes us look very unprofessional We have had cases where people have put in a PayPal dispute, because they assumed we were not responding to them after they paid their money. When they were trying to schedule their booking.
And that was not the case at all, it wasn’t until we emailed them the screenshot of the chat window conversation showing we were replying to them. They realised it was the app not us that was unprofessional.
We can’t even use the Spaces by Wix app because of the fact that when you click on the app it doesn’t load it just shows the main screen in blue and then when you’re about to close that then it decides to show the actual website page for the Account. However, when you click on blogs it says technical difficulties. Try again later. This has been going on for over a month and a half already. We have paying clients who are paying for access to some of these services like the blogs page and other pages and they can’t even access them!
On top of that we are fed up with the chat window that is obviously connected through this app which does not work!!!!
Spaces by Wix app has constant technical difficulties, I’m getting sick to death of this because people are paying for a service that they can’t even use!
It’s a frustrating app. Over 555 members and only 2 people ever see any messages sent through push notifications or mobile announcements.
I hate it! I would rather have a mobile notification actually sent as a SMS not on this!

Not very effective
This app is click heavy and slow responding. It glitches so often that you are actually surprised when it works. It is hard to interact with other users in your group because posts will not let you respond or will glitch out before your post is published. If you have other options, take those instead.

Slow to load - waste of time and energy!

It took up to 16 seconds to even load! I came here thinking it needed to be updated but there is no update!

Logged out every other time I tap a notification
Every other time I open a notification I get logged out and have to log back in. It’s been going on for many months.
