Think twice before choosing WIX
Their website configuration studio user experience is painful. Their AI is not helpful. Their support is nonexistent. They only give you 14 days to cancel a 1 year commitment. I regret choosing WIX but I’m stuck for 10 more months. I’m dreading having to keep trudging through their configuration tool.

This is the slowest responding app I’ve ever used. It literally takes 30+ seconds for it to respond to a button press anywhere in the app. I’ve reinstalled and cleared cache several times and it does nothing to improve performance.
App not working
This app hasn’t worked in a month not sure what’s going on with it! But definitely needs to be fix!
App is down again
App won’t load, then I reinstall and everything is garbled, won’t allow me to login. Keeps referring to a carousel error? Whatever TF that is. I wish they had better tech support. All I see is major outage but no updates. Being I have a small business and need to use the POS system this is crucial to be up and running and provide your customers status. Bad enough I’m charged a lot for this site I expect stellar service
