I used Wix for five years
And had a great experience but they rolled out Harmony AI too early and my homepage loads blank. They have given no timeline for a fix and I am left with zero sales until they do fix it. Even with a blank home page they also will not cancel and refund me. Do not use them anymore. Something broke and they are unwilling to fix it.

Won’t open after new update!!
What’s going on? After the most recent updates. This app stopped working. It just won’t open at all!
Ripoff Renewals - Beware!
Wix lures you in with attractive starting offers, but they increase the price dramatically for renewals. This may be okay if you are getting value from their software, but if it renews while you are not paying attention, they offer no refunds even if you contact them immediately with the transaction. That’s what happened to me. I was not using a website I built two years ago and forgot to cancel it. When I saw the charge, I immediately contacted customer service (it was a huge sum). The website’s ai told me that they do not offer refunds on renewals, unlike almost any other company which has good customer service in such scenarios. To me, this says this company builds itself around tricking you into giving them more than you intend to and not refunding it. Beware!

Used to be functional and reliable
This app used to be functional and reliable. Now, it doesn't pull any of your site info, at all, it just displays a message that says "something went wrong on our end". Because of that none of the features work. The app is completely useless.
Misleading
The platform has option to advertise through google ads. However, when you spend your money for ads the metrics in ads shows, for example, 200 clicks on your post but the metrics on post is 10 times lower. In other words WIX misleads their clients with Google ads like if it works perfectly but in reality their one metrics expose their rogue information

The app never works. Tried deleting and downloading multiple times. Just keeps loading and loading.

misleading. the app is telling me to go online in order to create. this appears to be a management app to use after the site is already made.

Wix is a Wacked
I don’t know where to begin with how bad this company sucks. As a business owner I get zero joy out of leaving bad reviews, but Wix has earned it. First, they shut down my site for an oversight on the billing. It was not a casual suspension, they took my website hostage. It took me sending nasty notes to the legal team threatening a lawsuit to get my account back. Now I am trying to log in and their technology does not work. So again, my website is held hostage to this company. I am unable to acccss my website. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY NETWORK. Find a different alternative. I am a huge fan of Israeli tech, but Wix SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

サイトが完成し運用していたが、急にサイト内のコンテンツが表示されない不具合が発生。しかも多数の事例があるようだが、公式からの連絡や告知もなし。
ヘルプに連絡しても、原因も謝罪もなく英語のメールで直したゼってな感じの文章だけ送りつける。
しかも治ったのは管理画面上だけで、本番環境ではまだ表示されない。
しかも今度は他の要素も消える。
はっきり言って使えないし、特に企業のECを構築するには絶対にやめた方がいい。
何日もサイトがまともに表示されない状態でも返金や保証は行わない。
こんな不安定なサービスはいずれ潰れる。

If you are fortunate enough to get a call back you will speak to a member of the human race that possibly understands the English language but, MOST CERTAINLY CANNOT COMMUNICATE IN IT. The accents are so bad that one does not know which language they actually attempting to use. Another issue is you cannot do any editing on the app. The confusion is rampant. Oh and one more thing, you have to at least have a degree in IT because when they make those random sounds they call a language and, you by chance were able to decode the noise, they will speak to you IT language. I would STRONGLY advise possible new customers to SERIOUSLY reconsider Wix as an option. Yep still feel the same AVOID WIX AT ALL COST

Wix harmony
So apparently Wix harmony doesn’t have CMS. Why? Why don’t you have CMS IN HARMONY?
Can’t open the orders section on the app since latest update!
Ran the iOS iPhone update two days ago and now can’t open the orders section so can’t get the order info. This impacts my service level as an online shop! I can’t even describe how costly this could be for my business at a time where margins are already slim. If I can’t see the orders, print packing slips, see delivery details etc I simply can’t run my online business. I can’t event see customer contact info to let them know that the orders they have paid for can’t be sent, or will be late! This needs sorting urgently!!!

Pay Out Issues
We used Wix for a small business and tried to take payment but when it was time for the payment to be released from Wix it took over a week to release to my account. They said it was approved then took it back and refused to give us our money. They continue to hold onto the money and we cannot get it into our account. Not good for small businesses as it’s caused huge issues for the business.
