Useless unless you own a desktop PC
In 2026, the fact I can’t design a website from my phone is shocking. The only way to design a site with Wix is through a desktop browser. The app is just a way to view basic analytics, with no real function.
Desktop needed
Nope. Desktop needed for almost all options. Can’t delete account without creating a URL. Free version. Still need desktop.

Glitchy on the iPhone
I have had Wix since 2017. Have always been rollable with reliable apps. Recently the app on my phone has been a problem. Some days it works fine- then other days it will not let me in. Today it won’t let me into my bank account- error codes always- fault on our end sort of thing. I have updated it again just recently and wonder why there have been so many problems? I can use it fine on my iPad but the IPhone 17pro will not stay consistent. I will change my review when these things get fixed.

Awful app!
Have been using Wix and their app for 4
Years. In the last two or three months the app has become unusable. Slow, unresponsive and some features removed meaning you can’t even share a link to a form with customers. Really poor.

Horrible
Horrible, Moves slow, can’t do anything on here always states “need a desktop,” if I need a desktop for everything then what is the point of the app? Moves very slow.
Will never be using Wix in the future again
Read all the policies and if you want to cancel something cancel it asap or else 90% of the time you will not get a refund even if the charged just happened.

Para que Wix de creador de sitio web para iPad, si no tiene toda la funcionalidades que tiene de PC, intento buscar cómo crear mi página web y no me sale nada es horrible es asqueroso para que hacen esta babosada quiero crear mi propia página web, y esta cosa no me sirve para nada, no tiene nada, no hay tomar y arrastrar sólo me aparece una tonterías que no sé para qué sirven no hagan esas aplicaciones y no sirve uno quiere crear su página web en su iPad, y esto no sirve.

YOU CANNOT BUILD A WEBSITE ON THIS APP
This app is for managing a site. You cannot do any actual “WEBSITE BUILDING.”
So slow and laggy
I like the app itself but it takes me an hour to even get a single screen to open. It’s SO SLOW that it actually becomes less efficient to even use the app.
Good but annoying
I'd love this app more if it didn't hit me with random and repetitive congratulations every time I open it. I'm a grown up now and don't need moral support from a bit of software, thanks.
Good features bad staff
Website builder easy enough to use and maintain your site but staff are horrible at helping with anything or getting back to you at all beware they don’t like to chase things up properly
Avoid at all cost
Site comes up in freaking Spanish, no customer service whatsoever!
Waste of time!
I have wasted hours just trying to see the website I created yesterday. The chat help is useless; I am now going to try to get my money back & find a better website builder. The ONLY thing that works on Wix is the payment - they are great at taking your money!
Needs to be fixed
When trying to duplicate a blog post over the last week (or more), I receive the error message “There was a technical issue, we're working on it. Try again later.”

The app takes forever. It’s not my phone. All of my other apps work fine. It’s literally only my wix dashboard app.
Super frustrated
It is super frustrating that the app keeps changing. Why can’t I see what my payouts are from the app anymore? Why can’t I see what my payments per day were/are anymore? These are the main things I use the app for. Why??????
Horrible update
It’s been days now since I’ve been able to add items to a CMS via mobile app. All I get is the workaround to use desktop. That’s is not acceptable. Offer to go back to previous versions that worked!
