Slooooow
This is the slowest responding app I’ve ever used. It literally takes 30+ seconds for it to respond to a button press anywhere in the app. I’ve reinstalled and cleared cache several times and it does nothing to improve performance.
App not working
This app hasn’t worked in a month not sure what’s going on with it! But definitely needs to be fix!
App is down again
App won’t load, then I reinstall and everything is garbled, won’t allow me to login. Keeps referring to a carousel error? Whatever TF that is. I wish they had better tech support. All I see is major outage but no updates. Being I have a small business and need to use the POS system this is crucial to be up and running and provide your customers status. Bad enough I’m charged a lot for this site I expect stellar service

It’s great when it works
It’s amazing has everything you possibly need! BUT it’s always having technical issues when I have to upload client information and having to charge clients. I currently can’t open the app because it’s down AGAIN.
Site shows 500 error!! WTF!!
I was in the middle of creating a blog and the website is coming up error constantly. How is anyone meant to book a session with me when the website is down? We need to get their act together. I pay a lot of money for this website and I keep getting Wix 500 website error. It keeps crashing. You need to fix it! I have cleared the browsers cache and I have tried a different browser altogether. I can’t contact Wix because it won’t even let me login! This is the only option I’ve got to contact you. It keeps coming up. We can’t find the page you’re looking for! And a red bar saying multiple issues with WIX Services the problem is even though there are multiple issues. My clients are trying to book their contacting us through Facebook saying they can’t get into the website to order anything they are blaming us!!!!

I cant log in because the app on my phone isn’t receiving the code, basically two factor authentication is not working! Can you please fix it? Thank you.

Glitchy and slow
I am having so much annoyance with this app. Originally I used an android phone after setting everything up on a computer. I needed to use my apple iPhone instead which 'was' better, but now it is glitchy, throwing error messages, the shop now buttons will highlight, but won’t load products. I’ve had no views or sales, whereas my other platforms and website had no issues. I should have stuck to shopify. Hopefully this is just a short term issue. The Ai feature is annoying as well. 2 stars because set up was simple.

Good intentions poor execution
The app is beyond slow. Ok for sites but Ecommerce is very complex and unreliable with high commissions. If they don’t fix it quickly moving to Shopify or better alternatives.
Hidden costs everywhere !
Don’t go by the first monthly prices you see - that’s not even the half of it. You’ll constantly get more options to upgrade X, Y & Z before you even know what Y & Z are ! Even once you’ve bought a package you’ll get constantly hit with upgrades & additions so whatever you think it’ll cost double it then treble it & that might be close to the spend within the first few months! Then you’ll be hit with other stuff you can’t not have so don’t expect a website to cost hundreds it’ll be way more than that & it’s horrendously complicated just to put the boot in even more !

Camera flashing on open
The app itself has been OK but it suddenly started engaging my camera flash every time I open it. I asked the ai to help me undo it. The AI kept telling me to toggle off camera access. WIX SHOULDN’T HAVE CAMERA ACCESS!! So how is it making my camera flash every time I open the app?

Alle Bugs wurden wieder beseitigt. Jetzt funktioniert alles wieder einwandfrei! Danke!
Seit den Updates funktioniert fast nichts mehr. Muss jetzt immer mein Laptop mühselig rausholen, hochfahren, Wix starten, in den Blogbereich gehen, Daten von Handy auf Laptop übertragen. Eigentlich funktioniert bei der App aktuell nur die Statistik - mit sehr langen Ladezeiten.

Many limitations on the app
Although it has various good features, depending on the device I use, I have found it has many limitations … I use apple products (as well as windows PC) and it is different if I use an iPad versus an iPhone and with the PC, that’s a whole different story
I have found it extremely challenging and if I had to give the app a rating, for me it’s a 1.75 to 2 out of 5 … the app does not meet my expectations

App failure to load
Had this app for about a year and it worked fine for a couple months and I could work on my website and now it won’t even load.
No refunds
They offer 14 day money guarantee for processed subscription payments, but make excuses during the refund and tell you are not getting anything.
App crash’s
The app crash’s a lot! Every time someone on my website and I tried to click on the profile, it takes about 2 minutes to load. I have an iPhone 16 pro max and everything is up to date. I have deleted redownloaded it and it just keeps happening. I’m really thinking to take my website elsewhere as an app in the day and age is everything for quick access. It’s unusable now. I’m definitely going away. Shouldn’t have took the annual subscription.
