you spend all kinds of time in putting your product photos and information to make the video ad and then it just continuously tells you that it can't generate the ad, ran into a problem, or times out and you lose all the information you spent time putting in, altogether. When you try to make a photo ad it just completely changes your photo into a product that doesn't even remotely resemble the product you're selling anymore. Waste of time and money.
