Works but needs improvements

Extremely laggy and slow app, both on cell phone and desktop. Issues with receiving notifications on phone as well.

5MB Photo Limit Is Unacceptable in 2026

I’m giving this app one star because The 5 MB Photo upload is completely outdated, especially for businesses using this platform.

Modern smartphones easily take 2K3K and 4K photos that exceed 5 MB as a business owner I shouldn’t have to stop what I’m doing to resize or compress every photo before sending it to a client. It slows down workflow reduces image quality, and create unnecessary frustration.

If you’re building software for businesses in 2026 supporting modern image sizes shouldn’t even be a question. Either increase the upload limit significantly or automatically compress images during upload like countless other apps already do.

Until this is addressed, the app feels years behind the standard that business users expect.

Terrible Update

what idiot suggested the change or made the change that you can no longer open the contact from the Task list in the Lead Connector app. For me being able to call people in my Task list from the Lead Connector mobile app was its main function which is now lost.

All my messages in one place. I’m on top of things like never before. Great for my biz as I’m not at my PC much, so handy to have in my pocket.
