Works but needs improvements
Extremely laggy and slow app, both on cell phone and desktop. Issues with receiving notifications on phone as well.
5MB Photo Limit Is Unacceptable in 2026
I’m giving this app one star because The 5 MB Photo upload is completely outdated, especially for businesses using this platform.
Modern smartphones easily take 2K3K and 4K photos that exceed 5 MB as a business owner I shouldn’t have to stop what I’m doing to resize or compress every photo before sending it to a client. It slows down workflow reduces image quality, and create unnecessary frustration.
If you’re building software for businesses in 2026 supporting modern image sizes shouldn’t even be a question. Either increase the upload limit significantly or automatically compress images during upload like countless other apps already do.
Until this is addressed, the app feels years behind the standard that business users expect.

Terrible Update
what idiot suggested the change or made the change that you can no longer open the contact from the Task list in the Lead Connector app. For me being able to call people in my Task list from the Lead Connector mobile app was its main function which is now lost.
Amazing
All my messages in one place. I’m on top of things like never before. Great for my biz as I’m not at my PC much, so handy to have in my pocket.
User friendly
Pretty easy to use, it is missing some features that are present on the web portal but the ones you need are here.
Terrible customer support
Phone calls sounding like they’re in slow motion. So slow, I can’t understand anything anyone is saying. I can’t get support it seems. Super hard to find a support number and when you do, it’s an AI bot. Not happy.
Did they forget the sign up button?????
How can an app only have sign jn option not sign up??? Mistake or not and it’s super ridiculous
Calendar link sharing doesn’t work
I was using this app regularly to share links to my calendar for booking with clients and perspective Clients this latest update made the link sharing capability inside of the calendar, not work I can no longer cut and paste or copy and paste Calendar links for people to book time with me extremely frustrating

Laggy and redundant
It’s helpful for the phone number redirect so we don’t have to use our personal phones for work, but the call quality is wretched so we often have to call back on our personal number anyway. The notifications show up in multiple places and it seems like you can never get rid of them, even if you click on all of them. I’ve stopped trying to use it to track any leads and just use a spreadsheet.

Crashing
After most recent IOS update, when opening app it flashes the screen briefly and closes right away.

App keeps crashing every time you try to open it. Already told my employer about this. Although you can use the web for this. Why make an app if it keeps crashing
Used to like
They changed the whole layout of the whole Home Screen and the way you interact with the program. I used to give this four stars if I could give it less I would.
Detailing Company
Is nice but has bad bugs. Randomly logs out and then I won’t get calls. Or, makes you erase the app and redownload to work properly. Definitely has lost me business.
Needs an update
The app was working perfectly before ios26 now it crashes after tying just a few letters needs an compatibility update to the OS or something because as of right now it isn’t usable.
Not user friendly
The app is functional. It could be a lot more user-friendly by putting current messages on top and not bearing them in a chain. Also, sending emails can be really difficult to get into the actual message field to type it. The app is decent, but it could use a lot of improvements to make it a lot more user-friendly.

Read notification
Everytime I click the bell icon for mark all notifications as read then refresh all th unread notifications are highlighted again like it never happened. App seems glitchy most times.
Always “unread” messages
When I refresh the app, all the read messages refresh as unread. Constantly have to “read” the messages so they show unread every time I open the app or refresh does not go with the efficiency I’m looking for. PLEASE fix this problem!
Good app could be better
It’s a great app because it does the job. But it could be more user friendly. By that I mean the newer messages that are most important should stand out and not blend in with all the I bots messages. The design could be more like apple so it’s simple and clear since contractors and business owners or even sales people are running around we don’t have time to click here then here then here just to get all the info we need. I guess what I’m saying is work on design and make the organization a lot simpler so that a 12 Ure old would take interest in doing it.

Notifications constantly sticking
I want to like this app, but there are two major shortcomings. First, notifications never disappear even after I’ve marked them as read. I can open a message, reply, and click the mark all as read button, and the badge notifications still persist.
Second, the navigation buttons are difficult to recognize. It’s tricky to find basic functions within the app.

Updated App keeps Crashing!!😤
Love this app for the most part but I just did an update today!!! And now it keeps crashing while I am in the middle of a call with clients!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!
