We squashed a few bugs. - Categories and tags now work properly on self-hosted sites. - Text on the Blogging Reminders screen is visible in dark mode. No more hide-and-seek. - You’ll no longer see an error when choosing a site from a share sheet action while your sites are still loading. We also updated the site picker design to match other areas of the app, because it was keeping us up at night.

Won’t login if you already have Wordpress

Dumbest technical loop ever. It asks you to link your Wordpress account. But when you log in to Wordpress, it makes me do it on the web. Great, I’m now logged in on the web, but not the app. No idea if this thing actually works as I CAN’T LOGIN.

My website keeps breaking every few years.

Love wordpress, it let me make the website i wanted over 5 years ago. Unfortunately a lot of my time is spent jumping through hoops because some aspect of the editor is broken. It used to be that linked videos were broken, now it’s that blocks keep trying to resolve no error.

Médiocre

Jetpack est devenu un piège alléchant. Publicité affirmative et tapageuse. Impossible de trouver un interlocuteur (autre que l’IA incapable de résoudre le problème) alors même qu’il y a un bug. Attitude agressive dans le fait de devoir de nouveau payer pour s’exprimer.
A échéance je renoncerai à ce rouleau compresseur inhumain parce que non respectueux de son client.
