I use to love this app but it will never load now and just keeps saying refresh

Very clunky Could not ever sign in Just buffers-non stop. Dozens of other apps work fine
Weekly Trivia & Drawings Never Load
iPhone 13 Pro, running iOS 17.5.1 (but also for older iOS updates, over the past few years). The page just buffers and buffers, never loading anything, when you click on the Tuesday Trivia or occasional contest “tabs/buttons” from the home page. I try every week, just in case… but yeah, never loads. So, can never enter. :(

Slow and clunky
I get notifications about contests to enter but the app does not load for me to do so.
Needs work
The weekly contests/giveaways will not open in the app when you click on the notification or trying directly in the app. Function is not working.
Premier doesn’t apply here
One would expect a prestigious university to have a decent iPad app with appropriate functionality. Not just an iPhone app that really doesn’t function well.
Also having problems
Like another user, my install stops working after some time, and I have to delete/reinstall to make it work. Very poor UAT/UX
Portions of the App Stops Working
Sometimes the app’s special giveaways (Trivia Tuesday, etc.) just don’t work. I delete the app and re-install it to get it to work, but it stops working again after a time. Please fix the app!
Bug Prone
This app looks nice, and the features are good. But it doesn’t work. Trivia, entry for give-aways, etc. commonly don’t work and stop working randomly.
Worthless
Says you can access membership card, but after I log in there is no card. Membership is active too. Would it be too much trouble to have something that actually works?
