id rather throw a rather hard punch at a small humans face than try and use this app.
Horrible
This app does not function smoothly at all. Page constantly refreshes and reloads. Page bounces back to the top after scrolling. Fields to type in only work half the time. I had to fill out and submit a form 6 times before it finally saved and went through. Provider list does not load providers properly and is unbearable to work with.

Haven’t even used the app yet because it won’t let me log in. So whatever help it can offer goes unseen.
Needs work
Everything is there but can only access some things on some days any other time you click a choice it just loops back to top of page
