Can’t sort by library anymore
App is fine is you know the title of what you are looking for and can do holds and all that stuff. However you used to be able to sort by library and that made it easier to see newer stuff at libraries you go to. Can’t anymore
My dad makes apps I’ll ask him to fix this app for you
this makes no sense if this is 17+ how is Libby like 4+ you literally cannot browse books unless you know the title 💀
lots of problems
The app doesn’t let me pick a library where I want my book to be delivered to for pick up. It doesn’t give me those options. It doesn’t give me the full list of the libraries where the books are available as it does when I just google Delaware County libraries.
I know a really great app developer if you guys need one
Really clunky. Seems like they said “everybody had an app let’s just put something together” and this was created. Super slow processing and just overall a pain to use. I have no clue how it has over 2 stars.
Doesn’t reflect accurate account details
First, it kept showing books I took out ages ago. It didn’t show me that they stopped renewing and I returned them a few days late, so I have a big fine since I had 5 books out. The fine never showed on the app so I thought I was okay until I went to return them. It shows the book I currently have out as a “hold” in need of being picked up. I updated the app and that didn’t work. So I uninstalled it and redownloaded it. Now it doesn’t “recognize” my credentials and won’t let me log in. The website doesn’t have a mobile-friendly screen view, so you’re basically stuck relying on a computer for requesting books and religiously checking your emails for the notifications of when things are due. I do not recommend this app.
