Bad program
The app isn’t very good, but what’s worse is the program.
The staff were undertrained and created a volatile situation with my family by refusing to release my daughter to me, despite me being a 50/50 custodial parent. Rather than conducting proper due diligence to determine my legal custodial rights, staff relied solely on the statements of the other parent. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or verify the custody arrangement, they escalated matters by calling 911 and physically restraining my daughter from entering my vehicle. This incident caused unnecessary emotional distress to my daughter and further intensified an already sensitive co-parenting situation.

Broken terrible app
Absolutely terrible. Password reset doesn’t work. Requirements don’t match what it says it needs. Finally got through reset and then it told me to login again - now says the password I *just* set it to is invalid.
App does not work as designed
First day was awesome, had not worked since, had been stuck at thanks for letting us know.. can not check in…
Bug
Randomly got kicked out the app. Tried to sign in but wouldn’t work. Tried to reset the password but it kept saying invalid password or error. Now I’m stuck and can’t get updates because I can’t get into the app
Lovely Communication
I love this new means of communication the company has adopted! It’s amazing seeing when my kiddo is checked in/out and what activities they’re up to while in program.
