Bad program
The app isn’t very good, but what’s worse is the program.
The staff were undertrained and created a volatile situation with my family by refusing to release my daughter to me, despite me being a 50/50 custodial parent. Rather than conducting proper due diligence to determine my legal custodial rights, staff relied solely on the statements of the other parent. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or verify the custody arrangement, they escalated matters by calling 911 and physically restraining my daughter from entering my vehicle. This incident caused unnecessary emotional distress to my daughter and further intensified an already sensitive co-parenting situation.

Broken terrible app
Absolutely terrible. Password reset doesn’t work. Requirements don’t match what it says it needs. Finally got through reset and then it told me to login again - now says the password I *just* set it to is invalid.
App does not work as designed
First day was awesome, had not worked since, had been stuck at thanks for letting us know.. can not check in…
Bug
Randomly got kicked out the app. Tried to sign in but wouldn’t work. Tried to reset the password but it kept saying invalid password or error. Now I’m stuck and can’t get updates because I can’t get into the app
Lovely Communication
I love this new means of communication the company has adopted! It’s amazing seeing when my kiddo is checked in/out and what activities they’re up to while in program.

Garbage app
Will not even allow you to create a password that complies with its own password requirements. So can’t comment on how awful I’m sure the actual content is also.

Once in, I was able see general information regarding entry and exiting of RAS. Overall, I am enjoying the app just fine.

Worst
The worst app I’ve ever met. Frequent inaccurate information for kids. Which made me really worry about my kids in school

Do better please
While the app does log me out all the time, once I get into the app the fun begins. For weeks (months?) I have been using the On my way feature and then I’m here so they will get my kid ready. Found out recently that unless the teachers are actually at the computer they don’t know any of that. Also I assumed (yes my bad) that also checked him out of the program for the day. Wrong. I still have to scan QR code and check him out. So why use the on my way part if it is useless, thought I was helping staff out but no.

Horrible app!!
First off the UI is horrible, it provides very limited info and it’s not intuitive. Second, the app freezes often and logs me out. When I attempt to log back in it keeps “loading” and never goes past the login screen so I have to delete and reinstall the app, it’s happened several times this year. The website is also useless. Do better!

App doesn’t work
This app does not work. I have tried resetting my password and nothing happens. Please fix this.
Cannot log in
After many attempts the user name and cannot be found. Using the “forgot password” does not generate an email. It’s ufortunate that this app doesn’t work as it would be a nice tool for parents!!!
App Does Not Work!!
App does not recognize user login. Also when scanning QR Code at checkin, it takes you to “Google Play Store for Games” - Are you serious? Are there any developers even updating this app for Android or iOS? Seems like everyone is having login issues but no patches or updates for debugging.
Unable to Login
After resetting my password online and logging in successfully on my online account, I then attempted to login on the mobile and I get “User not found” error and cannot login.
