Very useful and great peace of mind
I love the convenience and peace of mind this app gives me. Updates from the daycare and pictures come through all day while my baby is at school, and itβs so convenient that the payments are taken automatically and I can check school documents at any time.
Idea is great
I love the idea of getting to view portions of my childrenβs day and be aware of their care. I also like that we can communicate back and forth but the app is terrible. β¦doesnβt load, signs out, too many bugs and is NOT seamless
Terrible
I work everyday with children. The app constantly doesnβt work which makes my job 10x more difficult. When I go to tag the names of each childβs name it says null ?? I then have to close it out to restart it and when I open it, it takes forever to load. Parents love updates with their children, so imagine how difficult it is to watch 11 kids while updating parents through the app and it doesnβt load? I hope we switch soon. I donβt recommend.

Kind of hate it
I have to use this after my daycare switched from ProCare, itβs not a choice for me, but if you are a daycare provider I do not recommend contracting this particular app. From a parentβs prospective, the most important thing - pictures - are incredibly bad quality and make me want to switch daycares to have higher resolution pictures again. These are our childrenβs memories, not just proof of life. Other smaller gripes include - Parents do not receive push notifications for sign-in/out - would be a helpful feature for parents who switch off drop offs and pick ups, and sign-in at the kiosk is clunky to enter manually. If youβre requiring a phone number and pin, you should offer a number pad instead of a keyboard. Anyways, sincerely disappointed that my daycare switched, thatβs all, thanks!

Probably the worst maintained and functional app for care providers
If it wasnβt required by our daycare to use this app, I would never use it. I would rather just get a paper summary at the end from the teacher than sometimes get access to the app, sometimes not, random crashes, duplicate push notifications, frequency timeouts etc.
I dont blame the devs, I blame their management team that doesnβt understand the importance of building a functional app, even if it takes longer to do, instead of shipping half baked features and broken experiences.

Response from developer
Hi xdhima, we completely understand your frustration. An app you are required to use should work seamlessly, and paper shouldn't feel like a better alternative. We want to let you know that we took your specific feedback straight to our team. We are releasing a new build this week with a heavy focus on stability fixesβspecifically targeting the timeouts and other poor experience elements you noted. We hope you'll give the new update a try, and please let us know at support@lineleader.com if it resolves these issues for you. If not, we would appreciate connecting to gather more details.
