I recently happened to know Share Space Carpool app from one of my colleague. Surprisingly it's legit carpool app. Uber and Lyft are ride sharing apps not carpool app. Fare is well calculated as per IRS guidelines, I no need to worry about earning to report to IRS it's covered under carpool reimbursement.
