App is dead
App is literally dead, doesn’t match against anyone. Doesn’t provide feedback if there is any chance of matching , and worst of all, tell about no matches at literally the nth hour . This basically is useless imho.
Some lingering bugs, but great service
The app has had a few bugs that have persisted for a few years, but it doesn’t affect the overall functionality of the app. The service is a fantastic way to find and join carpools on the fly.
Amazing way to get to work
Had a great couple of experiences with Scoop as a driver and rider. Super easy way to commute to work with other trusted employees. I made enough money each way as a driver to offset my daily driving costs. And riding was affordable. Way cheaper than uber/lyft. Love the concept!
Doesn’t work
Can’t make an account because there’s nowhere to put a name so it doesn’t let me even sign up and I can’t access the rest of the app. Totally broken
