Terrible. Can’t save files, it takes days but then actually cancels half way through the transfer. Sending the camera back. It’s the app so bad!

Well firstly I don’t understand Chinese and the app really isn’t the best I’ve seen or used for any device I have . It really does need to be amended ASAP.

Won't connect to view files so have to upload memory card. No idea what it's recording as can't see it to set it up.. the app is extremely limited & waste of hours trying to connect to it! Avoid buying camera as it's appcrap tomax :0( Buy a camera with a screen...

Most times cannot connect the camera and support website is in Chinese!!
On the rare times I can connect the camera, it stops recording when someone calls.
Cannot use Apple/Google maps at same time.

Got a dashcam and this is the app for it.
App tells you you have to connect to camera, even when you already are. Only solution seems to be to turn off phone wifi, turn off car ignition to reboot camera, and then it will connect.
How good is the video from the camera? Can’t tell in the app. The longest I have managed to get it to play a video is 20 seconds. It usually freezes around 9 or 10 seconds in.
Tried downloading video from camera to phone and a 20 second test video took many attempts to download and took almost 2 minutes to do so. A 20 second video!

Terrible App
Too many bugs even after update 1.0.4. Can’t navigate the videos or save them. Makes the camera useless if you can’t use the app. Support stinks too. They don’t respond.
After connected to its weird wifi your phone fails
Once connected to the weird wifi, your phone cant be in 4g . So nothing else works properly on phone. How to fix that, or this app is terrible.
Useless app for a useless dash cam
I had to return my dash cam back to Amazon because the one thing that I need to use it (this app) doesn’t even work. Do not download!
