Don’t change the password
I changed the password to connect to WiFi and apparently I fat fingered the new password and to reset the WiFi password in the app you must be connected to the device. The owner manual states to open settings in the app to reset forgotten password but unless you are connected to WiFi you cannot access the password reset.

Good until…
Good until it says wrong password. I cannot reset the password and it’s not taking the default password. This is my 3rd VSYSTO device and all had similar problems.
Just don’t work
Got this for the camera set I bought. Totally pointless, doesn’t connect to camera, nothing in the app works. Luckily the camera has a menu for basic setup
App won’t connect
Poor app, won’t connect to the camera and there is no online help to trouble shoot any connection problems. Waste of money.
Need help
I am guessing that the cameras are working. I see the red light flashing. But, for some reason it doesn’t connect to my phone when I select the wifi for it. 🤷🏽♂️
