Don’t change the password
I changed the password to connect to WiFi and apparently I fat fingered the new password and to reset the WiFi password in the app you must be connected to the device. The owner manual states to open settings in the app to reset forgotten password but unless you are connected to WiFi you cannot access the password reset.

Good until it says wrong password. I cannot reset the password and it’s not taking the default password. This is my 3rd VSYSTO device and all had similar problems.
Just don’t work
Got this for the camera set I bought. Totally pointless, doesn’t connect to camera, nothing in the app works. Luckily the camera has a menu for basic setup
App won’t connect
Poor app, won’t connect to the camera and there is no online help to trouble shoot any connection problems. Waste of money.

I am guessing that the cameras are working. I see the red light flashing. But, for some reason it doesn’t connect to my phone when I select the wifi for it. 🤷🏽♂️

You need to do an update to fix the connection issue!

Applicazione penosa, fa fatica a connettersi alla camera, per scaricare un video ci mette una vita. Impossibilità di far partire la registrazione tramite app. Accendere e spegnere dispositivo.

App does not work
App does not have any options. No parking monitoring, tire pressure, GPS, nothing. The app and firmware are out of date, buggy. Cannot use it. Return.
Not connecting to my WiFi setting on phone
Hello my iPhone and camera does not want to connect via the WiFi setting.

Poorly designed and convoluted
This app could use some improvements in its design and functionality, as it is currently buggy and requires files to be downloaded to local device to view. Despite my initial excitement, the motorcycle dash cam has not lived up to my expectations.

Bought this set up for my 2012 Honda Deauville 700. Once arrived, and bench tested, I spent most of the day working out cable routes and suitable camera positions.
It’s taken some time to get used to how the app and the system works.
The cameras seem to work great, even the sound quality isn’t too bad. The app though, is terrible. it’s only positive is for changing the camera settings once the bikes ignition is on and camera is live. There really is no point using it to view any video clips, all I get is the spinning wheel of frustration.
I have reverted to taking the memory card out, and using my lap top. This seems to work great. Once you open the DCIM in your memory stick icon, you get 2 files, one for front camera and one for the rear. Once one of these are opened, all video clip thumbnails are there to play and save. The date format is confusing, although it does mention this in the instructions. The 6 digits refer to year, month, day ! Not sure if I’m missing something in settings, but it would be nice to have an option to change this to day, month, year.
If the developers actually read these reviews, then PLEASE sort the app out so that it’s far more user friendly.

Me falla bastante
Las imágenes se ven a saltos la conexión con el wifi se corta de vez en cuando si pongo la tarjeta de memoria en el ordenador y viendo los vídeos con el reproductor VCL se ven bien sin saltos pero con iOS o Mac es un desastre y la wifi porque se desconecta del móvil? Todo el problema viene con la conexión. Wifi he reseteado y vuelto a instalar la app pero sigue igual

Love it
I actually love this product. I manage to use it while I record on my motorcycle. I put some double sided tape and attach to my helmet. I’ve gotten great videos. Affordable than a GoPro. Quality isn’t good as the Go pro but it does catches great videos. I have my tik tok on videos I recorded. Ajclark361
