Could be excellent / self limited functionality…
The app and device have the ability to give you a location when you request it. The doesn’t allow you to request and see where your bike is because the battery will clearly drain faster. However, I feel that is the customer’s decision so to limit functionality because of this seems like a massive own goal.
Sometime you’re anxious or just want to check where your bike is and that can’t be done. Well…it can…but they’ve chosen to limit that ability. Could be a great tool but the restricted use is not ideal.

App is getting worse
Since updating the app it is impossible for me to dismiss an alarm: “unauthorized”. Tracker and fob battery life are good and phone can connect to it via bluetooth but still can’t dismiss.
Quite slick but slowly removing useful options
This is a simple basic tracker / alarm. And for the money, it is very good. It does have to be said that the recent update and app ‘improvement’ have removed useful functionality. Probably to increase profits. Result is you can no longer put it to sleep/snooze without the alarm having to go off first. So if it’s windy/stormy. You have to wait till it sets off the movement sensor at 3 I. The money whereas before, you could snooze it before the storm. … seems a daft oversight.

Great app
Great app gives ease of mind. What happened to lost mode after update though?
Unpolished and lacking features
New iPhone 17 and only this app failed to work after transfer from old. You can’t even reset your password using the app. Barely 2 stars!
