So dumb
I'm constantly having to re-log in to the app with my email and password. It's so inconvenient and unnecessary. Phone apps are supposed to make things easier. So quite often I'll just go to the thermostat instead of using the app. Kinda defeats the whole purpose.

Frustrating app to use, doesn’t display any weather
Useless
After connecting only with my iPhone but not my iPad, this app now refuses to connect to Carrier from my iPhone as well. Returns “invalid user or password” message even though I can log into Carrier with the same credentials via a browser. The app no longer merits a single star since it won’t function at all.

Don’t bother
Seems to basically useless, like a prototype of an app that was never finished. No functionality, ugly and outdated design.
Update the app & fix it
This app constantly locks up my iPhone X, won’t switch to the other unit any more and is stuck managing my unit run by Ecobee. This app is flawed - please fix it & let us get an ounce of utility for it. I can’t even adjust the schedule!
