features not functioning

can't book servicing request by using the app, when submitting it throws error say something went wrong. Have to book through using whatsapp. Then received a notification from the app about upcoming appointment but when click on the notification in the app it shows there is no upcoming appointment. Also, I have 2 car with the same car plate to select. seems like the DB record has some duplication resulting in all these bugs?

Doesnt work half of the time

The main function of the app is for searching Used car, but half of the time it doesnt work, clicking on things doesnt response, going back to a completely blank page. Understand that the app is simply a webpage wrapper to save development cost, but given the current level of performance, it is barely useful.

Poor Interface

Doesn’t work half the time. Faced with horrible user interface for the other half of the time when it actually works. Speaks a lot on its tech and support.

After enter OTP, a popup message saying Oops, with yes or no option that does nothing then the app will enter infinite loading

If they cannot get the app right, you trust them to buy and sell cars
