features not functioning
can't book servicing request by using the app, when submitting it throws error say something went wrong. Have to book through using whatsapp. Then received a notification from the app about upcoming appointment but when click on the notification in the app it shows there is no upcoming appointment. Also, I have 2 car with the same car plate to select. seems like the DB record has some duplication resulting in all these bugs?

Doesnt work half of the time
The main function of the app is for searching Used car, but half of the time it doesnt work, clicking on things doesnt response, going back to a completely blank page. Understand that the app is simply a webpage wrapper to save development cost, but given the current level of performance, it is barely useful.

Doesn’t work half the time. Faced with horrible user interface for the other half of the time when it actually works. Speaks a lot on its tech and support.

After enter OTP, a popup message saying Oops, with yes or no option that does nothing then the app will enter infinite loading

There are two many bugs already , do you have IT to review this app , it can’t work and function properly at all !
Can’t even create account
First basic problem: new user types in phone number, OTP is sent, then the wheel goes round and round till there’s plain pop-up saying “oops” with options yes or no. Neither option yes or no leads to successful creation of account.
Separate problem. If OTP is halfway filled in, auto-populate will not overwrite the existing digits, it’ll just tag on till the end of whatever had been populated and then first problem occurs.
How to do business if account can’t even be created. Tsk.

Bad Ux from start
Your verify code experience is totally off. By placing a resend code as primary button and instead of submit after entering the code just make it too confusing. Your error message is surely quite wrong “Oops” with option yes or no. How does that even helps? It have to be a clear message of something that helps me as user not by “Oops”. Error message is a must put more thoughts into it, to ensure it helps user to understand what goes wrong and how to make it right. Can’t even move to next since I am stuck with verify code that doesn’t make any sense and endless loading.

Downloaded this app after my friend introduced it to me. It’s awesome! I can see all my LTA details about my car here, and even get a valuation for my car!
Not working
The app is not working. It stays with the introduction screen! Please fix it.
Worst pending approval
If you’re selling your car don’t bother to post it here, it takes forever for the pending approval.
App interfere with Google map link
Whenever a location shared in WhatsApp app , the Google map link became Carro app .
Poor usability
Recent updates to the app have made it unusable. The search & filter options don't work at all. Even 1 star is generous since Apple doesn't allow a Lower rating..
