Score tons of local deals. Makes it feel like I’m finally getting ahead and actually getting a deal!
Can’t even delete account properly
Saw a pamphlet at my local pie shop, love cash back so thought it would be nice to use. The app says they need a linked cc but the plaid component forces you to log into your bank and link more than a single cc (account statements, account numbers, etc).
Once you share your data you’re marooned on a screen that says to close the page and go back to the app to finish the link process. But there is not X to close the page within the app, all you can do is close the app and then the link process never completes. So you can’t actually link a cc or dc.
Just browsing the promos I already had an issue, all I wanted was to search for a pie place I already knew the name of. But there is no search bar. So you have to scroll scroll scroll. I also didn’t see a way to bookmark a promotion or store, but at this point I wanted to delete my account.
And then I try to delete but on the 2nd “are you sure you want to delete” page the button doesn’t do anything! I had to send an email to support to delete the account. I also went back to bank to revoke the 3rd party access.
