I have a hard time scheduling anything because I can’t scroll down past the calendar. The options are loaded but I can’t access them.
Terrible experience
Communication has been inconsistent and reactive. Adding more stress and burden.

Carrot already offers an amazing service and now they have a great app to go with it :)
Easy to get started and submit claims
I had previously registered and setup my Carrot account in the web-based portal. The app is easy to navigate and is wonderful for submitting claim substantiation! So easy to take the pic on your phone and upload.
Lifesaver!
I couldn't imagine having to make these life altering fertility decisions alone and without support.
