They charge me while I was in my free trial grace period and I unsubscribe before my free trial was over with now the charge still pending, so canโ€™t download anything in my Apple Store because of this scam sons of ๐Ÿitchs

I want a full refund

I purchased the Car Link app with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the start, the app never worked as advertised. I followed all the setup instructions meticulously, but it constantly failed to connect to my vehicle, leaving me without the promised features.

Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I received little to no help in resolving the issues. It feels like a waste of time and money. I expected better functionality and support for the price I paid.

Given my experience, I am requesting a full refund. I cannot recommend Car Link to anyone looking for a reliable solution. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
