They charge me while I was in my free trial grace period and I unsubscribe before my free trial was over with now the charge still pending, so can’t download anything in my Apple Store because of this scam sons of 🐝itchs
I want a full refund
I purchased the Car Link app with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the start, the app never worked as advertised. I followed all the setup instructions meticulously, but it constantly failed to connect to my vehicle, leaving me without the promised features.
Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I received little to no help in resolving the issues. It feels like a waste of time and money. I expected better functionality and support for the price I paid.
Given my experience, I am requesting a full refund. I cannot recommend Car Link to anyone looking for a reliable solution. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Please don’t think about getting this, you’ll regret your decision like I did. They will charge you and you can’t reach out to them for a refund or anything. The app isn’t doing any of what they are promoting.
The application is cash only
You can't even try the application to find out if it works or doesn't work, benefit you or doesn't. Unless you pay, something bad indicates that they seek only profit, not to provide a quality service to users.
You buy this sheet and then they tell you isn’t working on your car

SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT
This app is a scam. Not only do you have to pay for their services that don’t work you also need a uconnect subscription to make this work. Although having that subscription doesn’t mean it’s going to work. This app still doesn’t work even after pay for two subscriptions and being out money for both.

If you have a Honda or any vehicle under 2018 do not go for the app it unless. I have a 2024 Honda it not available to the app. It is stupid how it ask to pay for the subscription before you can see what vehicle are available for the app. Scam.
