Great credit union

Love this credit union and the app. Great APY on checking and love the reimbursement for ATM fees. Won’t be leaving Carter as long as I live in Shreveport

I’ve never had very many problems with Carter since I made the switch last year, and the problems I’ve encountered were solved within minutes with a phone call or a visit to the local Branch in Coushatta. Always treated with utmost respect and professionalism. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great Customer Service

Carter Credit Union is a great credit union. Every time I have had a problem due to my error they have quickly resolved it. They have wonderful skilled and professional employees. The app is wonderful. Easy to navigate.
