AMC ticket prices are between $8 and $20 each. $100 off at select restaurants is 35,200 points or $4400 in eligible purchases. The most expensive reward is one night stay at Rosewood Miramar for 733,333 points or 91,666.62 in eligible purchases. One night stay according to google is between $1600 and $2000 dollars.

Seamless Experience
The app allows us to seamlessly earn rewards from experiencing Caruso’s wonderful properties. I also love the aesthetic and the variety on the rewards we can earn. Improved tremendously from the last iterations of the application.
No points awarded as promised
I downloaded the app and never received the 2000 points as promised. I co reacted customer service and never received a response!

CARUSO IS A HACK
The concierge desk at the Americana in Glendale said that if I downloaded this app I could have my parking validated because they no longer validate with tickets. 5 minute process to set up an account, and the e-pass didn’t scan! Had to pay for parking even after giving failed mayoral candidate Rick Caruso my email and birthday. 🙄 Just another example of tech setting us backwards to broker your data to billionaires. Don’t be a fool like me: DON’T DOWNLOAD. If you have, DELETE IT.

Can’t sign in, email verification not received
was told the app can offset parking cost. Tried to sign up, but can’t get past the email verification stage , never got the confirmation (could be hotmail’s fault).

I get no points for money spent and nobody in support can figure out how to make it work. My card is connected and everything done correctly on my end.

I always check the reviews and the apply to do something if I have to ! But unfortunately the bad reviews were way more than that one good review ! Who knows who wrote that ! 😒 seems like fake ! Or scam ! Nobody even responding to reviews also it’s like No No sign !!!! Like nobody cares ?!!!
Super Simple
This app is super simple and easy to use. There used to be a Caruso Rewards app that one had to upload receipts to, but this one simply tracks purchases and grants Caruso Coin for them. You can easily see all of the participating stores and restaurants for each property and trade in your coins for rewards, like free parking and restaurant vouchers.

App won’t let me sign in and there is no support that I can find for this app
I can’t sign in. I signed up and the screen disappeared when I went to my email to get the confirmation code. Now it won’t let me sign in and when I try to sign up again it says that I have already signed up. I couldn’t find a contact number or email to get support.
Doesn’t work at all
You can’t even sign up for an account without it crashing. Classic Caruso. A taste of what his Mayoral career would resemble.
Cool program
It’s rare to see a program that combines various different retailers and restaurants and hotels together in one. Pretty cool to be able to accumulate points across different locations and get rewarded. Design is sleek and functionality works well.
Crappy program
This rewards program requires you to link your cards and say if someone else pays with their card and you’re the only one with the rewards. You can’t even get the points. Would give it 0 stars if possible. If you didn’t link one card in and used a different one that’s the same thing or a company card.
