Buggy, leaks user information

Forces links to open in third-party Chrome browser leaking user information, instead of Safari or system default. Also fails to list nearest Wake County multi-material sites for bulky items, even when locating from a Cary address. Please fix the app - both issues reported years ago, multiple times.

To address the developer response: I have submitted this as a support ticket and it was never resolved. It is against App Store guidelines to disregard default browser preferences as this app does, and this is an issue that needs to be corrected by the developer, not the municipality.

Appreciative Cary resident

This app is so useful! If I go out of town, or if there is a holiday coming up, I can always quickly check to be sure of the day and if recycle is being picked up. I am sorry a few people on our street don't seem to know about it. Thank you, Cary!

It’s okay but

I already get emails informing me of trash collection so this is redundant although it would be really helpful if the Town of Cary could add access to our aquastar water useage portal to this app. It’s a bit tedious logging into aquastar so this would really be helpful.

Great app - and a request

The app is a great way to remind me that trash/recycle will be picked up the next morning. I have a Tuesday pickup. But in a week like this, with a Monday holiday and a schedule shift, the app should be smart enough to send a reminder on Monday night that pickup is delayed by a day.

Down load this app and NEVER MISS another recycle pick up or place containers on days there is no pickup and face the ridicule of neighbors or wrath of your HOA.

Nice reminder tool, but beware actual task timing may not match it

This app comes in handy for knowing whether or not it is a recycle week. Don’t bank on it for things like leaf collections though. We were scheduled for that to happen next week (1/13, Mon) according to the app, but instead it happened today (1/8, Wed)...not good for anyone in the neighborhood that was planning to rake leaves to the curb this weekend.
